4. Implementation

We had an existing equal opportunities group, which was the right place for the work on the access action plan to be based. Through the process of putting our plan on paper, the group have been very much empowered to look at these issues and feel much more confident about talking about them. Katie Tearle, Glyndebourne

4. Implimentation

You need to work out the details of the implementation of your action plan.

You will need to find ways to disseminate the plan amongst your staff and others who need to see it. They need to be clear about the elements they will be responsible for and how they should feedback information about their progress into the plan itself.

What are you going to do if you come up against a block for a specific action? Have you got opportunities for staff to problem solve together to try and remove blocks to action?
