Sync: e-bulletin Aug 2012 easy read

A giant step...

'that's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind'.

an easy picture of a man on the moon, the southbank and a flag saying unlimited

This week Neil Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon died.

As he stepped on to the moon he said - 'that's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind'.

The Unlimited Festival is that kind of step too.

Each artist taking part has taken their small step forward and now the world is watching.

Look at the Southbank's Unlimited site - http://unlimited.southbankcentre.co.uk/ - to see all the artists that are performing and showing work.

PUSH ME continues to grow. We have 9 short films up in The Space, and another 15 ready to go.

During the 9 days of the festival we will be shooting to create a 30 minute documentary - so if you happen to be around - do give our cameras a wave!

This Sync bulletin introduces the final three from the PUSH ME Collection - Jez Colborne, Stumble danceCircus and Simon Mckeown.

If you're interested in finding out more about Push Me and The Space and what it means to disabled creatives then come along to Fabrica in Brighton from 6-9pm on 4th September for Adventures in The Space, part of Brighton's Digital Festival. Sarah will be chairing the event and Oska Bright Digital people will be there too. Book here http://www.eventbrite.co.uk/event
