Diversity
Diversity is about difference, and different people react to diversity, well, differently. ADA inc's diversity training aims to demystify diversity and builds confidence and understanding. Working from the perspective that we're all capable of being apprehensive about things we know little about, ADA inc's Understanding Diversity training looks for commonalities and provides an opportunity for people to share experiences and viewpoints in a safe space. Our Managing Diversity sessions look at the real issues around integrating diversity into the workplace - how to you build cohesive systems when everyone wants to do things differently?, and Diversity: at the centre explores the positive implications of building practice around the belief that diversity and difference should be valued at all levels.
Disability
Disability Equality Training ensures all staff are informed and knowledgeable, provides opportunities to discuss personal fears and barriers and can inform about arts and disability and Disability Arts.

Project/event management

ADA inc has a wealth of experience in both project and event management and creates bespoke training packages in both of these for clients. Involvement

ADA inc can train teams in inclusive ways of working, ensuring access for people with sensory impairments, learning disabilities, mental health needs and more.
