Leadership
Sync is about different perspectives so we want to know what your take is on disability and leadership – you’ve got around 150 words and three questions – you can use all your words on one question or spread them out and answer all of them, the choice is yours. (We’ll take a quote from your entry to go on the Sync website – and you’ll also be able to upload longer articles, videos or audio elements later).
How would you describe a good leader? Who do you see as demonstrating good qualities of leadership and why?
Does having an impairment or health issue change the experience of leadership? How is an individual’s vision of themselves as a leader shaped by their experiences of exclusion and involvement?
Do you think there are barriers to leadership for disabled people that non-disabled people don’t face? If so, what?
Equal Opportunities Monitoring
Last part! This part is for monitoring purposes only. We are only asking for this information so we can monitor the diversity of people involved in Sync.
For each section there is an option of ‘I choose not to answer’; if you are uncomfortable answering any or all of the questions, just tick this box and we can record that as your response.
