What makes a good leader?

A good leader may need to inspire and lead by example - this will depend on the group being led but I do think that the leader should empower her colleagues and facilitate their achievements.

Is leadership different for disabled people?

There are several issues to overcome - - your own attitude and sense of self-worth -the specific attitudes of any non-disabled people who are directly affected by your leadership -stereotypical attitudes to 'impairment'

Do you think there are barriers to leadership for disabled people that other non-disabled people don't face?

Yes, there is a risk that others will either - - consciously or subconsciously dismiss the possibility of a disabled person's leadership ability, or, -in an over-enthusiastic attempt to be 'politically correct' virtually 'beatify' the disabled leader and expect more from them than can realistically be expected.
